Short answers to the questions we hear most often, grouped by the part of APEX you’re working in. Every answer links into the full guide, so when a one-liner isn’t enough you’re one click from the detailed walkthrough.

Two ways to find your answer:

  1. Search first. The search box at the top of the page indexes every question on these pages and every guide in the Knowledge Base. Type a few words from your problem — “locked out”, “free to sell”, “quote expired” — and jump straight to the match.
  2. Browse by area. Pick the category below that matches where you are in the product.

Troubleshooting entries follow the same shape throughout: the symptom you’re seeing, why it happens, and what to do about it.

If your question isn’t covered here, ask your workspace owner or admin first — many answers depend on how your workspace is configured. To reach the platform team directly, open the account menu at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Send feedback: it attaches the page you’re on, so the team sees exactly what you see.
